All park model installations and additions require a City of Cascade approved permit, as well as a LTRV Park approved permit. Discuss with City Building Inspector what will be required. Request the LTRV Park permit application from a board member or by e-mailing: leisuretimervparkboard@gmail.com. Permits are required for all exterior improvements.
Campers must keep a copy of the approved permit in their tent. For questions contact the Board by email

The Pre-Approved Exterior Improvement Application is a 3 part form. The form attached above is a sample form. To obtain a 3 part form, contact any board member. Turn in the completed form to any Architectural Committee member. Your application will be reviewed with you to assure a smooth process.
